LAM Kai-tsun was granted scholarship through the HKACEP - Scholarship Programme for Vocational Skills Training (EC-03) which enabled him to complete the Yi Jin Course after retirement. He is now working for the Hong Kong Cycling Association as a Team Mechanist to further develop his career in cycling.
